Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

We ship by default via DHL and FedEx international express air shipping.

If you order machines and consumables together, they will be shipped in separate packages in compliance with international transportation regulations.

Delivery time for the two packages may vary slightly.

Free shipping is available for all deliverable countries and regions.

Shipping Warehouse

We will arrange shipment from the nearest available warehouse according to your delivery address and real-time inventory status.

If local warehouses are out of stock, the order will be shipped directly from our China warehouse.

Tax & Duty

All product prices do not include import duties or local VAT.

If you need direct delivery from our local overseas warehouse, please contact our after-sales team for arrangement.

We will prepare all necessary customs clearance documents to assist with smooth customs processing.

Packaging

All machines are pre-assembled and pre-tested by our professional technicians before packing and shipment.

Each unit is first wrapped with transparent heat-shrink film for protection, then placed in a reinforced custom carton with shockproof foam filled in all gaps, providing full protection during international transit.
