Your satisfaction is our top priority.
For defective products, we offer two solutions: product exchange or store credit.

Order Cancellation

- Order Processing: Standard orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Pre‑order items and spare parts will be shipped based on actual stock availability.

- Cancellation Rule: You may cancel your order anytime before shipment.

Return Policy

Returned items must be unused, intact, with original tags and original packaging.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

After confirmation of product defects on our side.
we will reimburse your return shipping cost.
and send you a replacement within 48 business days.
We will cover the shipping fee for the replacement.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
customized products, personalized orders and personal care items.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases are also non‑returnable.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange

The fastest way to exchange goods is to apply for a return of your current item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement product.

Refund

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may need extra time to complete the refund posting.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds via Klarna generally take 5–14 business days to credit to your account.
The exact time depends on Klarna and your issuing bank’s processing schedule.
For refund status updates, please contact Klarna or your bank directly.
If the return is due to the buyer’s personal reason.
